1. Overview

Hudson River Valley Heritage (HRVH) provides access to digitized historical materials contributed by libraries, archives, museums, and cultural organizations in the Hudson Valley region. By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

2. Use of HRVH Content

Most materials displayed on HRVH are protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights belonging to the contributing institutions or to third-party rights holders.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with HRVH is to stop using the site.
