Library Digital Archives
The Digital Archive of the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum
contains documents, photographs, audio and video recordings pertaining to Franklin
Roosevelt's presidency, Eleanor Roosevelt, the Great Depression, the New Deal,
and World War II. Also included are documents relating to Henry T. and John
Hackett, Poughkeepsie lawyers.
The
Marist Heritage Project
A multi-faceted effort to document the impact of the Marist Brothers, the founders
of Marist College, on the development of the institution and the overall history
of the College. Photographs, audio and video interviews, and written resources
are being added with the goal of creating a digital archive.
The
SUNY New Paltz Postcard Collection
Collection chronicles the history and development of New Paltz from the late
19th century to the present focusing on the evolution of SUNY, the village,
and the Huguenot Street National Historic District.

Award winning online exhibition featuring illustrated volumes from the Historic
Hudson Valley collection explores how and why cultural advisors coached Americans
about appropriate architecture and design.
Before
DCC: Samuel and Nettie Bowne Hospital
Images of buildings, grounds, staff and patients at the Bowne tuberculosis hospital
in Poughkeepsie ca. 1935. After the hospital closed in 1956, the facility became
part of the Dutchess County Community College campus.
Cross
Roads and Cross Rivers: Diversity in Colonial New York
Artifacts and images from Phillipsburg Manor demonstrate the diversity of peoples
converging at this Lower Hudson River site. The commercial activities of the
Phillipse family and other merchant/land speculators helped create colonial
New York's culturally diverse society.
Historic Hudson River
The Desmond Fish Library site features A Virtual Trip on the Historic Hudson
River (1846) as well as literature, maps, and selected images from Hudson River
painters.
