Description	Portrait of Dr. William Cramer. Dr. Cramer was one of the founders of the New York State Medical Association, and a long time member of the Dutchess County Medical Society. From 1889-1891 he was City Physician for Poughkeepsie, as well as being visiting physician and surgeon to the City Almshouse. Dr. Cramer was educated at Rutgers College and at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of New York City.
