Description	This is believed to be the original cover of a 42-page book of photographs and illustrations complied by Newburgh(NY) architect Frank E. Estabrook to showcase the various hotels, churches and residences that he designed. Included are "cards" or advertisements from local artisans and tradesmen who worked with Estabrook. The cover contains the text "Sketches Frank E. Estabrook Newburgh, NY" plus an interior design drawing of a foyer with a diamond shaped in a window, paneled wall, upholstered bench and an umbrella stand. The type is set off by an engraved flourish design. In the lower right-hand corner are the words "A. C. Austrin Engraving Co. Albany, NY".
