Description	Black and white photograph of a Italianate style house and landscape. The house is located in the center of the photograph and surrounded by tall trees and bushes. In the forefront there is a road, with a stone wall, and an elaborate fence and entrance for the driveway. A man, blurry, in light clothing can be seen leaning up against the stone wall. Two other blurry figures are to the right of the man. They are most likely blurred due to movement. At the top of the dirt driveway is a two horse carriage, with two women seated inside. Both women are dressed in dark clothes and one woman is holding a parasol. People can also be seen on the porch.; This photograph was taken at Rosewood, George Innis and Ann Bevier Hasbrouck's estate, a Italianate style (1840-1885) house located on 40 Main Street in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. George Innis purchased and renovated the house soon after the couple got married in 1855, from Wm. Davies. The house, which has since been destroyed, was located across from the railroad station. George and Ann Bevier's two children Martha and Hasbrouck were born and raised at Rosewood. Their son, Hasbrouck Innis later inherited the house.
