Description	Front view of Locust Lawn (The Josiah Hasbrouck House).; Locust Lawn (The Josiah Hasbrouck House) was built by Colonel Josiah Hasbrouck around 1814. On the death of Col. Josiah in 1821 the house passed to his son Levi Hasbrouck and his new wife Hylah Bevier. Levi Hasbrouck and Hylah Bevier had 5 children, who were all raised in the Locust Lawn house. After Levi's death in 1861, the house passed to his son Josiah. After his son's death the house and property passed to several other family members, where it was eventually bequeath by Annette Innis Young in 1958 to Historic Huguenot Street.
