Description	A small creek, surrounded on both sides with cement walls, runs down the center of the photograph. On the left side the backs of several buildings are visible. There are long wooden poles supporting the back of the first building. There is also a lot of debris on the ground and a man standing on the top of the cement wall by the creek. On the right hand side of the creek there are additional buildings and piles of debris, including an axle with wheels.
