Description	A white horse pulls a covered wagon outside of the Fowler Library Building. The Fowler building is a two-story brick structure built on a corner property. The corner of the building is rounded and the entrance tucked into a vestibule at the corner. The building has white stone lintels over each window and quoins border the perimeter of the building. In the frieze of the building are the words, "Fowler Library Building" as well as architectural wreathing. There are three large arched windows - two on the second story, one on the first. The building immediately adjacent to the library is a two-story flat-roofed structure with a two-story porch with balustrade. More buildings lie beyond.
