This

Branch

It
is
also
known
as the '
Fowler
Library
Building
' and these
words
are
etched
,
along
with
decorative
roping
, into the
frieze
below
the
bracketed
cornice
of this
brick
building
with
rounded
corner
. There are
heavy
stone
lintels
above
the
windows
and
three
of the
windows
are
larger
with
rounded
edges
forming
large
arched
picture
windows
.
Two
of these
arched
windows
are on the
second
story
and
one
is
on the
first
story
. The
same
arched
shape
of these
windows
is
imitated
in the
corner
entry
vestibule
.
Quoins
form
edges
to the
curved
corner
of the
building
. A
stone
wall
edges
the
property
at the
sidewalk
and
concrete
corner
steps
lead
onto the
property
. A
fire
hydrant
is
at the
curb
and a
man
walks
on the
street
in
front
of the
library
.
Further
down
the
street
more
houses
are
visible
.
