honor
of the
colonel
of the
95th
regular
New
York
Volunteers
,
who
had
died
June
12
,
1864
of
wounds
received
in the
battle
of

Harbor

1855
he had
served
as
president
of the
Village
of
Warren
(now
Village
of
Haverstraw)
and a
county
judge
.
