Sir Take Notice that a map and profile and survey of the altered or changed route intended to be adopted by the Garneville Railroad Company in the Couty of Rockland and State of New York certified in due form of law by the President and Engineer and two thirds in number of the directors of the said company was on the 25th day of February 1888 duly filed in the office of the Clerk of the Couty of Rockland at the Village of New City in said County, and that the said route desegmented thereby passes over your land.
