Description	Black and white photograph divided into four images of summer and winter at the Pearl River Milk Farm. The top left and top right images show the winter scenes. The image on the top left shows the side of a white building. The image on the top right shows the front of a brown and white building. These buildings were used as a resort in Pearl River, NY. These images show snow-covered trees and lawns . The bottom left and bottom right images show the summer scenes. The image on the bottom left is showing a body of water that is surrounded by trees on almost all sides. The image on the bottom right shows the same building from the top right image; however, the lawn and stairs are now visible in the summer months.
Notes	This image was used by Dexter Press to make postcards in the 1930s. Dexter Press was founded by Thomas A. Dexter in 1920 in Park Ridge, NJ. It moved to Pearl River in 1928. Dexter Press moved to West Nyack in 1952. Dexter sold Dexter Press to Consolidated Foods in 1972. It eventually became part of Rockwell International who closed the West Nyack factory in in 1984. The land on which Dexter Press used to sit is where the Palisades Center Mall now stands. (2009)
