Transcript	Know all Men By these presence That I Mathusalam Dubois of the Town of New paltz in the County of Ulster and State of Newyork for and in consideration of the Sum of Sixty Eight Pounds Ten Shillings to me in Hand paid at and Before the Sealing ND Delivery of these presents by Peter Lefever Jur. Of the Same place the Recept [sic] whereof is hereby acknowledge have Bargained and Sold, and by these presents Do Bargain and Sell unto the Said Peter Lefever Jur A Negro wench Names Molly aboout Fifteen Years old To Have and to Hold the Said Negro wench Slave by these presents Bargained and Sold unto the Said Peter Lefever Jur his Executors, administrators and assigns for Ever And I the Said Mathusalam Dubois for my self my Heirs Executors, and administrators the the [repeated word] Said Negro wench Slave molly unto the Said Peter Lefever Jun. his Executors, administrators and assigns against me the Said Mathusalam Dubois my Executors, administrators & assigns and against all and Every other person and persons whatsoever Shall and Will Warrant and for Ever Defend By these presents of which Negro wench Slave I the Said Mathusalam Dubois have put the Said Peter Lefever Jur in full Possession at and Before the Sealing here of On whitness [sic] whitness [repeated word] whereof the Said Mathusalam Dubois hath to these presents Set his Hand and Seal this Fifth Day of March one thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety Eight in the presence of us.
