Transcript	Know all Men by these Presents that We Elsje Van Bunschoten, Solomon Van Bunschoten, Igenas Van Bunschoten Egbert Van Bunschoton, Harmanus Van Bunschoten, and Jacobus Van Bunschoten, all of Dutchess County in the Sate of New York, for and In Consideration of the Sum of One Hundred Pounds, Lawfull [sic] Money of the State of New York, to us in hand Paid, at and before the Unsealing and delivery of these presents, By Philip Dubois Bevier, of Rochester in Ulster County, In the State aforesaid, the [Receipt whereof We Do hereby Acknowledge And Oursleves to be therewith fully satisfied and paid, and thereof And Every part thereof, Do, hereby Acquit and discharge the said Philip Dubois Bevier his Executors Administrators and Assigns, Have granted, Bargained and Sold, and by these presents, do fully, Clearly and Absolutely, Grant, Bargain, Sell and Release, unto the Said Philip Dubois Bevier a Negro Man Slave Named Ben Aged Twenty four Years To Have and to Hold, the said Negroe Man Slave, Unto him the Said Philip Dubois Bevier, his Executors, Administrators, and Assigns Forever, and We the Said Elsje Van Bunschoten, Solomon Van Bunschoten, Igenas Van Bunschoten, Egbert Van Bunschoten, Hermanus Van Bunschoten, and Jacobus Van Bunschoten, for Ourselves and Each and Either of us and for Each, and Either of Our Executors and Administrators, Jointly And Severally, Do, Covenant promise and grant, to and with the Said Philip Dubois Bevier, His Executors Administrators and Assigns To Warrant and defend the Sale of the above named Negroe Slave against All Persons Whatsoever In Witness, Where of We have hereunto Set our Hands and Seals, the Twenty Eighth day of March, In the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty five----- Sealed and Delivered Elsje Van Bunschoten In the Presence of...
