Transcript	Know all men by these Presents that I John Crispell of Marbletown in the County of Ulster and provence New York for and in Consideration of the Sum of Ninety Pounds to me in hand paid by Thomas Crispell of Marbletown in Said County Whereof I do hereby Acknowledge the Receipt and my self ____ _____ fully and Entirely satisfied have Bargained Sold set over and delivered and by these presents in plain and Open Market According to the Just and Due form of Law in that Case made and provided do Bargain set over and Deliver unto the Said Thomas Crispell; a Negro Man named Jack; To have, and to hold the Said Said [repeated word] Bargained Slave unto the Said Thomis Crispell his Executors Administrators and Assigns to the only proper use and _____ of ______ said Thomas Crispell Executors administrators and assigns forever and I said John Crispell for my self my Executors and Administrators the Said Bargained Slave Unto the Said Thomas Crispell his Executors Administrators and Assigns Against all and all manner of persons will warrant and defend by these presents ; In Witness Whereof together with the Delivery of the Bargained Slave; I have hereunto Set my hand and seal this Twinty [sic] seventh day of March, In the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Ninety Five <sic> Signed Seald [sic] and delivered <sic> in the Presents of <sic> John Nottingham Jan Crispell <sic> Peter Jansen
