Transcript	To all Christian People To whome these presents Shall or may come I Daniel Lefever of the Town of New paltz in the county of Ulster and State of Newyork, Send Greeting: Know Ye That I the Said Daniel Lefever; for and in consideration of the natural Love and affection which I have and Beareth unto my Son Peter Lefever Jur. Esq. of the same place and also for other good causes and considerations me thereunto moving have Given and Granted and by these presents Do Give, Grant and confirm unto the said Peter Lefever Jur. My Negro Boy Sime and also one Bedsted [sic], Fether [sic] Bed, Bedding, Curtins [sic] and all what Belongs to a Bed, and also one Bay colt of Two years old and Such Sheep, Neat Cattle and Farming Utencils [sic] as have fallen to the Share of my __ Son Peter in the Division which my children have now made of my Personal Estate, TO Have and to Hold the said Negro Boy Sime who is now of the Age of Fifteen Years, and the Bed and Bedding and all other the aforesaid articles so fallen to his Share as aforesaid and to his Heirs Executors, administrators and assigns to his and their own proper use and uses for Ever, and I the said Daniel Lefever all and Singular the aforesaid Negro Boy Sime and all the other articles as aforesaid to the Said Peter Lefever Jur. his Executors, administrators and assigns against all persons, Do warrant and for Ever Defend by these Presents In Witness whereofthe said Daniel Lefever Hath hereunto Set his Hand and Seal this 28 Day of November one Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety Seven.
