To all whom these Presents shall come - Know ye
that I Margrietie Bevier of the New Paltz, for and in consider
ation of the sum of five shillings to me in Hand paid by Solomon
Bevier, as also of divers other good causes me thereunto moving
have by these Presents bargained, sold, aliened , assigned released set
over and conveyed, and Do hereby fully freely and absolutely
Bargain , sell, alien. assign, release, set over and convey unto
the said Solomon Bevier and to his Heirs, Assigns forever
a Seat in the Church in the Town of the New Paltz in the Pew on
the Gallery in said church known and distinguished by Number
Eight. Together with all and singular the Profits, ease
ments, Emoluments , Benefits, [Hereditaments,] and appurte
nances whatsoever to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining; to have and to hold the said Seat and
all and singular the Premises and appurtenances thereunto
in any wise belonging unto the said Solomon Bevier his
Heirs and Assigns forever to be had occupied used and en
Joyed by him and them respectively as fully and amply
as the said Margrietie Bevier have right power or
authority to convey. In Witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and and [repeated word] Seal this tenth Day
of August in the Year of our Lord thousand seven
hundred and eighty nine.
