Know all men by thier presents that we Abijah Yelverton and George Thompson both of the precinct Goshen and County of Orange and provance of New York yeoman are held and firmly bound unto Samuel Denton of the precinct and County and provance aforesaid matter in the fast and full sum Eighty pounds Current Money of the Provance of New York to be paid to the said Samuel Denton or to his Certain attorney his Executors admtrs. or asigns for the which payment well and truly to be maid we hold our seves our heirs Executors and admtrs. and Each of us Jointly and severally firmly by ther presents sealed with our seals Dated the thirty first day of July in the thirteenth year of his Majesties Reigh and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy three.
The condition of the obligation is such that if the above Boundens Abijah Yelverton and George Thompson or either of them their heirs Executors and admtrs. do and shall well truly pay or cause to be paid unto the above named unto Samuel Denton or to his Certain attorny his Executors admtrs. or asigns fast and full sum Forty pounds Current Money of the Provance aforesaid at on upon the first day of May next Ensuing the date hereof and that without fraud of further Delay then this Obligation to be void and of none Effect or Else to stand and remain in full force and vertue.
