The Boundaries of this of the land where Hazzard J. Manning to Wit Beginning at the south edge of the Road leading from Chester to Oxford at the line of the west bounds of the Farm of David G. Drake and runs thence along his line North Seventy eight Degrees East on chain to a white oak Tree at said edge of said road and North five Degrees West four chains and North thirty two degrees West three Chains and thirty links to a corner of the farm of Oliver Smith deceased then along his line south Seventyty eight degrees West five chains and forty links to a stump and south three degrees East eleven Chains and twenty links and North Eighty one degrees East seven Chains to said David G. Drake's line then along the same North thirteen degrees West four Chains and twenty five links to the Beginning containing 7 1/2 acres be the same more of less.
