Notes	Sam Wekstein/Wextein operated Sam's Cozy Corner. His son, Morris, took over the operation on Sam’s retirement. He sold to Vince & Nan Gallo in 1959. Gallo’s Cozy Corners 1959 - 1986 Private Pie ~1986-1996 (Gaurucci? Brothers, Mike & Joe) Mulberry Street Restaurant 1996-1998 (Mike Gaurucci?) Cozy Corners demolished 3/28/1998 to make way for Eckerd Drug Store. Became a Buy Rite Drug Store a couple years later.
