Description	Francis C. Post stands with some of the girls from the Watts de Peyster Home, formerly the Trinity School and Home. Mr. Post was superintendent of the farm from 1899 to 1910. At his death in December of 1910, a newspaper clipping read: "He was ever watchful for the welfare of the girls at the Home and seemed almost like a father to them, as he was always pleased when he could do something for their benefit. He will be greatly missed by these girls, as no matter where he was at work on the place you could see two or three of them nearby, and when a nice ripe pear or berry was found, one of the girls would hear him calling her name, and a few minutes later when would be devouring his latest gift."
