In addition to its well-known political collections, the Roosevelt Library also houses a wide variety of materials related to the History of the Hudson River Valley and Dutchess County in particular. President Roosevelt amassed an extensive collection of personal papers related to the Roosevelt and Delano families as well as books, photographs, artwork, objects, and historic manuscripts about the Hudson River Valley, ca. 1540-1952. The items contributed here are examples of the various Hudson River materials available at the Roosevelt Library.
