Description	Inventory form for building located on East Lake Rd; near Cliff Rd. intersection recording the following information: Charles DeCasteja (owner at time of inventory).; 2 1/2 story; rectangular; gable roof; wood shingles; 1/2-timbers; bay window; 4/4; 8/8 casement windows; stain-glass door; semihexagonal tower; 2nd-story overhang; tall classical brick chimneys w/ corbeled caps. Built c. 1899. Built c. 1899 with elements of Queen Anne and Shingle, this house was owned by William Kent (sited 1900 Map and 1903 Atlas). Mr. Kent, a prominent New York lawyer, was married to Emily Lorillard, the daughter of tobacco magnate and founder of Tuxedo Park, Pierre Lorillard V. The house has had some modifications but is on the whole a good period structure.
