Description	Inventory form for building located on Tower Hill Rd; south side; west of Clubhouse Rd. recording the following information: Richard Martin (owner at time of inventory). Sprawling 2 1/2-story Tudor Revival w/ rectangular 3-story stone tower; stucco; 1/2-timbering; bargeboards; pendants; battlement; casement windows; dormers; high stone foundation. Built c. 1903-9. Medieval stone tower rises through the center of this unusual Tudor Revival built for William M. V. Hoffman. Hoffman purchased the property from the Tuxedo Park Association in 1902 and is indicated as property owner on the 1903 Atlas. The house is sited on the 1909 map. In 1937, the estate was sold to Mr. Guy Obolensky.
