Description	Inventory form for building located on West Lake Rd. recording the following information: John P. McWilliams, Jr. (owner at time of inventory). 1-story central block w/ wings (greenhouses); hip roof (similar to the Japanesque roof on the gardener's cottage designed for Delafield); combination brick & stucco; intricate lattice work; sandstone sills; brackets; semi-elliptical lights; round arched entrance; interior brick chimney w/ corbeled cap; chimney pots. Built c. 1902. Richard Delafield, prominent banker (his estate Kilkare, located at the northern end of Tuxedo Lake), purchased Lot 12 from the Tuxedo Park Association in 1902. This exquisite greenhouse/potting shed was built on this property known as "Brook Farm". Later in 1905, a gardener's cottage designed by Donn Barber was built. Mr. Delafield also maintained a residence in New York City and a stable of fine blooded horses in Chester, New York. He died August 3, 1930.
