Description	Inventory form for building located on Pepperidge Rd., south side recording the following information: James H. Adams (owner at time of inventory). Large 2 1/2-story; gambrel roof; shingles; lattice windows; bay window; Dutch stoop; germantown hood; 2 interior brick chimneys; low stone foundation. Built in 1897 by Bruce Price (1845-1903). Bruce Price lived in Tuxedo Park a part of every year and continued to design houses. One of his last works was to build a number of cottages for his wife Josephine. This house one of three designed in the Dutch Colonial tradition was built in 1897. The cottages were inherited by their daughter, Emily M. Post. In 1927, the house was sold to Emily F. Lawrence.
