Description	Inventory form for building located on Tuxedo Rd; south side; near intersection Pepperidge Rd. recording the following information: Katherine D. St. George (owner at time of inventory). Dutch Colonial Revival; 2 1/2-story; gambrel roof; shingles; diamond paned windows; Dutch stoop; bay window; string course; gambrel entrance; dormers; interior & outside end chimneys w/ corbeled caps. Built in 1897 by Bruce Price (1845-1903). An interesting variation of Dutch Colonial, this house was designed by Bruce Price in 1897. After the founding, Mr. Price lived in the park a part of every year and continued to design houses. One of his last works was to build four cottages close together along Pepperidge Road. The cottages, of similar design, were built for his wife Josephine. Emily M. Post, the daughter of Bruce Price, inherited the estate. Mrs. Post divided the property in the 1920's. In 1927, this house was purchased by and remains the residence of the Honorable Katherine Delano St. George, former New York Congresswoman.
