Description	Inventory form for building located on Ridge Rd; west side at intersection of East Lake Rd. recording the following information: Gerard J. Zoph (owner at time of inventory). Modern ranch style; gable roof; brick; area windows; attached garage. Built c. 1960's. This modern ranch style house is one of the recent structures in Tuxedo Park and should probably be listed as an intrusion to the proposed historic district. However, it should be noted that the gates which flank the driveway at one time marked the main entrance to "Mortemar", the estate of Richard Mortimer. Mortimer, a capitalist and Director of the Metropolitan Trust Company, was listed in Notable New Yorkers 1896-1899. The main house was destroyed by fire.
