Description	Inventory form for building located on Pepperidge Rd; north side recording the following information: Robert Buchakian (owner at time of inventory). Dutch Colonial Revival; 2 1/2-story; gambrel roof; shingles; diamond paned windows; Dutch stoop; bay window; Germantown hood; gambrel entrance; string course; dormers; interior and outside end chimneys w/ corbeled caps. Built in 1897 by Bruce Price (1845-1903). This pseudo Dutch Colonial structure was designed by Bruce Price for his wife Josephine Lee in 1897. Price designed a total of four cottages in this style along Pepperidge Rd. (one has been replaced with a modern bi-level house). The cottages were inherited by their daughter, Emily M. Post. In the early 20's Mrs. Post divided the property. This house was sold to H. W. Leigh in 1920.
