Description	Inventory form for building located on Mountain Farm Rd. recording the following information: Mrs. Ellen Wagstaff (owner at time of inventory). 1 1/2 story; fieldstone; rectangular w/ wood frame addition; simple cornice; central pedimented entrance; 6/6; casement windows; interior chimney. Built c. 1923. This attractive stone house was built as a guesthouse for Richard Delafield. Mr. Delafield, president of the National Park Bank of New York for twenty-two years, maintained a residence on the north shore of Tuxedo Lake (sited "Kilkare" 1903 Atlas). According to Tuxedo Park Association Land Records, Mr. Delafield purchased the property in 1922. He died in 1930. In 1935, the guesthouse was sold to Mr. David Wagstaff.
