Description	Inventory form for building located on Continental Rd; near Laurel Rd. recording the following information: Dr. Ralph Capella (owner at time of inventory). A three story stucco with gabled asphalt roof and stone foundation. A hipped dormer, two shed dormers, bargeboard and fanciful brackets. An oriel bay and a tower. Round two-story porch, rear, supported by wooden columns, has comical roof. 18th century entrance has broken pediment, Ionic columns. Latticework, first floor, rear. French doors, 8/1, 8/8, diamond pane. Brick chimneys, 7 fireplaces. Built in 1903. W.H. Nielson Voss and wife, Alice M. purchased this property in 1903 from the Tuxedo Park Association. Both 1903 and 1909 maps cite Voss ownership. Mrs. Haslet McKim purchased it in 1910, Randolph Cantin in 1925. Katherine B. Cole and Rudolph Debar follow with no specified dates. Several noteworthy guests have visited this beautiful residence: Samuel Clemens for a summer's stay (probably 1905), the Empress Zita, wife of the heir to the Austro-Hungarian Empire and her son Rudolph Debar (no date confirmed). For some time (no date available) it was rented to an order of nuns. Dr. Capella assumed ownership in 1973.
