Description	Inventory form for building located on Continental Rd. recording the following information: Mrs. Fred Eagle (owner at time of inventory). A two and a half story, shingle on frame. High gabled asphalt roof, gabled dormers. Glassed-in summer porch, front and side deck. Side entrance has transom. Sliding glass entrance. Palladian window, 6/6, 4/4, Hipped dormer in rear. Probably built in 1888. Alfred and Mary L. Seton purchased this property in 1889 from the Tuxedo Park Association. The Tuxedo Park Land Records indicate that Mary Seton sold to H. and Emily F. Lawrence in 1939. Dr. Frederick Eagle, who died in the Spring of 1977, purchased the house and property in 1946. Mrs. Frederick Eagle has retained this well-maintained 'cottage'.
