Description	Inventory form for building located on Lookout Rd. recording the following information: Steven Aronoff (owner at time of inventory); A two story half timbered structure with gabled roof and gabled dormers. One brick chimney. Built c. 1888. The Paul Tuckerman estate to which this former stable belonged is now owned by John E. Greenwood. Mr. Tuckerman inherited another estate (see present owner, Mrs. Elizabeth Bartow), from his father, Lucius, a New York merchant. He was married to Susan Minturn and had one daughter, Susan Tuckerman Draper, noted interior decorator. The Tuckermans were early Park residents, renting a 'Bruce Price' cottage first and several houses subsequently (present home of Mr. Paul Schiffino on Lookout Road, 1890; present home of Mr. Joseph Kornfeld on Circuit Road, 1928) This tudor stable along with the main estate was purchased by A. Van Cortlandt in 1890. Several transactions follow, notably F. F. DeRham.
