Description	Inventory form for building located on Serpentine Rd., east side; south of Lookout Rd. recording the following information: Arthur R. Ferrante (owner at time of inventory); Large 2 1/2 story; combination brick, stucco and 1/2 timbers; peaked gable roofs; bargeboard; 6/6; dormers; stone sub-level; tall classical brick chimneys; bracketed overhang; slate roof; Built c. 1899. Stable sited 1903 Atlas was built c. 1899 for Reverend Cannon Douglas of the Episcopal Cathedral of New York. The Douglas house was designed by noted American architect and art critic, Russell Sturgis (1832-1909). The estate is presently owned by pianist, Arthur R. Ferrante.
