Description	Inventory form for building located on Serpentine Rd. recording the following information: Gloria M. Hoffman (owner at time of inventory); A two and a half story brick dwelling with gabled roof, gabled dormers and entrance. Bargeboards and pediments. Two brick chimneys. A large picture window, 6/6, casements. Probably built 1892. Mr. George C. Cooper, according to TUXEDO PARK LAND RECORDS, purchased the property for his estate in 1892. The imposing Jacobean mansion was the first of its type to be constructed in the Park, others were to follow. Stable probably converted in the 1940's.
