To His Excellency George Clinton Esq Whereas Col. Bedelel have Demanded from the Magistrtes of Ulster County so Large a quantity of Hay that it is not in ye Power of us to Colect - We your Petitioners therefore Humbly Beg that if your Excelleny should think proper to Colect the Magistrates of the Adjoining County in some Convenient Place with us in order to Aportion the Reasonable [ ] which in [ ] Each County should furnish, and also that the Magistrates might be inabled to Lay a Proper quantity on the Precincts from the [ ] of the
County or to fall on Some other Method whereby the Army may be Supplyed and one County not wholly Ruined Your Complyance [ ] Sir Will oblige your Humble Servants
