Description	This memo reviews W. R. Eastman's recommendations for additional space for the library as well as a new arrangement of library books by subject area. It ends with a resolution to purchase No. 98 Grand Street, property of Emeline Bradley for added library space. A total of $20,000 is requested of the City of Newburgh for the Bradley building and property and alterations to more effectively house the library's book collection.
