In the Name of the lord Amen
Be it Known to Everyone by the present that
today[,] this the twelfth day of September in the
Year of our lord One thousand seven hundred and Fifteen[,]
I the undersigned Louis Beveire Sen:[ior] of the New
Palls [sic] in the County of Ulster being sound of
Body standing and going(1) and [in] perfect possession of my
Senses and understanding + the lord Be praised + considering
the shortness and frailness of human life[,]
the certainty of death and the uncertain time thereof
And desiring to arrange for all things
make this my Last will and Testament in form
and manner following[.] Revoking Canceling
and annulling hereby all and any Testament
or Testaments will or wills previously made or passed
Be it by word or in writing And that this all(2)
be taken as my Last Will and Testament and No other
Imp[ri]imus So I commend my Soul To God almighty my
Creator and To JESUS CHRISTUS my redeemer and to
the HOLY GHOST my sanctifier And my
Body to the Earth whence the same came from to
be buried in A Christian fashion and
Rest there until my Soul and Body will be
united upon the day of Resurrection and receive the Eternal
bliss of salvation which god of his grace
through the One merit of our savior
has promised and prepared to all who have
sincere and complete faith In him ___________
Item And respecting such Temporal goods [consisting] of
Lands houses negroes horses animals debts
gold silver coined or uncoined goods furniture

was still capable of physical excercise; or that, both at the present
moment and in the future, he was and expected to remain in that
condition.
