Articles of This Vendue held the 16th of April
1792 In the Township of the New Paltz by the Heirs
[of] Hendrius Dubois late of the Township of New Paltz
Ulster County Deceased are as Follows viz.
_1st The Highest Bidder to Be the Buyer and to
have nine months credit in giving Security
for the Sum if Demanded and on Failure
of such Security the article or Articles so [struck]
off to be sett [sic] up for sale a Second Time and if
sold for less than the first time the first [purchase]
is to make up the Loss
2dly The purchaser shall be liable to give security
for their respective purchase money at any
day after the day of Sale if demanded and
on Failure of such security the money to be-
come Due Immediately
3dly Whoever purchases at this Vendue of Ten
Shillings only shall be ^liable to pay ready
