in the name of God

nu iorck in America, feeling healthy of
mind -- may God be praised -- seeing as death is

all my affairs in order. That is why I wished
to declare here my last will and testament in the
form and manner that follows, and thus I
recommend my soul to God my creator, to
Jesus Christ my savior and to the Holy Spirit
my consolation and my sanctifier, and my body
to the earth from which it was taken until
it pleases God, on the day that he has determined in his
eternal counsel, to raise our bodies from the dead
to reunite them with our souls so that they may together enjoy
forever the eternal and blessed life that
Jesus Christ his Son our Lord bought us
by His blood and that He promised to all
those who will be faithful to Him until death.
Because it pleased God to give me many more
earthly goods than I deserved -- lands* , houses, barns,
