Warrantee Deed W. Reid Gould, Successor to Jausen & Bell, 158 Nassau St., N. Y.
This Indenture Made the eighth day of September in the year one thousand eight hundred and Sixty six Between Thomas Yelverton of the Town of Chester County of orange and State of New York party of the first part and Joseph Durland of the Town County and State aforesaid of the second part, Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Three Thousand Dollars lawful money of the United States, to him in had paid by the said party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the said party of the second part his heirs, executors and administrators, forever released and discharged from the same, by these presents, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm, unto the said party of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns forever, All That certain lot piece or parcel of Land Situate and lying and being in the Town and Village of Chester aforesaid which is bounded as follows to wit. Beginning at a black oak Stump in the line of the lands formerly belonging to John Jackson and afterwards to William Townsend now deceased and funs from thence South Forty eight degrees West four chains and twenty four links, to lot Number two in the third division of Abijah Yelverton's farm; Thence along the Same North Eighty Six degrees East, one chain and twenty one links to a corner. Thence along the Same South two degrees East Sixty links. Thence along the Same South fifty degrees East fifty four links. Thence along the Same South Six degrees East one chain and thirty five links to the middle of Said road North Eight Six and one half degrees East one chain and Seventy links to the middle of the road leading from Warwick to New Burgh. Thence along the Middle of Said Warwick and New Burgh road to a corner in the Middle of Said road, Thence along the line of the lands formerly belonging to the Said Townsend, North forty one degrees West four chains and twenty one links to the place of beginning Containing three acres and one quarter of land be the same more or less. Excepting and always reserving out of the same the small piece of land now used and Enclosed for a burying ground together with the Right of Passing from the Main Road to the same. Also Excepting as aforesaid and that portion of Said premises heretofore Sold and conveyed by Thomas Yelverton Sen to the Trustees of the Presbyterian Church in the Vilage of Chester aforesaid together with all that portion of Said premises devised by the last will and Testament if the Said Anthony Yelverton to Thomas Yelverton and Eugenia yelverton, to wit, The double Store House and Lot Situate in the Vilage of Chester aforesaid, on the west side of the road leading from said vilage to Chester Depot, heretofore ocupied by Yelverton & Thompson and bounded on the North by the Garden adjoining Said Store House and to include two feet in width of Said garden parallel with Said store on the north Side of the Same on the East by the road leading from Said Vilage of Chester to the Chester Depot on the South by the road leading from said vilage to the village of Goshen and on the west by the line of the old Store House
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues, and profits,thereof; And also all the estate, right, title, interest, dower and right of dower property possession, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in equity, of the said party of the first part
