Quit Claim Deed. Printed and Sold by H. N. Van Dyck.
This Indenture made the twenty ninth day of May in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Thirty Two Between David Roe of the Town of Goshen in the County of Orange and State of New York and Clarisa his Wife of the First part and Anthony Yelverton of the said Town of Goshen County and State aforesaid of the second part, Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of in Two Thousand Dollars to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, and Quit=claimed, and by these presents do ,remise, release, and Quitclaim, unto the said party of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns for ever, All that Certain Lot Piece or Parcel of Land and Premises Situate in the Village of Chester in the said Town of Goshen County and State aforesaid and on which Abijah Yelverton lived at the time of his death and which premises was conveyed to the party of the First Part by the heirs of the said Abijah Yelverton deceased and is bounded as follows Exclusive and always reserving unto the heirs of the said Abijah Yelverton deceased is Intered for a Burying Ground together with the right at all reasonable times to pass thereto and and therefrom Beginning at a Black Oak Stump in the line of Land formerly belonging to John Jackson and now in the possession of William Townsend it being the North West corner of the said Abijah Yelverton's Farm and tuns from thence South Forty Eight Degrees West Four Chains and Twenty four links to Lot number Two in the Third division of said Abijah Yelverton's Farm , Thence along said Lot number Two South Fifteen and one quarter Degrees East Four Chains and thirteen links to said Anthony Yelverton's Land, thence along his line North Eighty six Degrees East One Chain and twenty one links to a corner, thence along the same South Two Degrees East Sixty links, thence along the same South Fifty Degrees East Fifty four links, thence along the same South Six Degrees East One Chain and thirty five links to the middle of the Road leasing from Goshen to New York, thence along the the middle of said Road North Eighty six and one half Degrees East One Chain and seventy links to the middle of the Road leading from Warwick to Newburgh, thence along the middle of said Warwick and Newburgh Road North Sixteen and one quarter Degrees East Five Chains and ninety six links to a corner in the middle of said Road, thence along said William Townsend's line and it being the most Northerly line of the said Abijah Yelverton's Farm North Forty one Degrees West Four Chains and Twenty one links to the place of beginning Containing Three and one Quarter Acres of Land be the same more or less together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances unto the above describe~ premises belonging, or in any wise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainder's, rents, issues, and profits thereof. And also, all the estate, right, title, interest, Buildings property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in equity, of the said party of the first part, of, in, or to the same, and very part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above granted, bargained, and described premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heir's and assigns, for ever.
In Witness Whereof, the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seals, the day and year first above written.
