This Indenture Made the Nineteenth day of June in the Year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and Seventy three Between Wait Smith & Amos Smith Both of the precinct of Goshen in the County of Orange and Province of New York Yeomans of the one part and Oliver Smith of the Same Place County and Province aforesaid Blacksmith of the other Part Witnesseth that the Said Wait Smith & Amos Smith by and with the Consent and Good Liking of Mary his wife She being a party to these presents Signified by Sealing and Delivering of these Presents for and in Consideration of the Sum of Two Hundred Pounds Current money of the Province of New York to him in hand paid by the Said Oliver Smith at and Imediately before the Insealing and Delivering of these presents the Reciept whereof they the Said Wait Smith & Amos Smith Doth Hereby acknowledge and them Selves to be therewith fully Sattisfyed Contented and paid and the Said Oliver Smith his Heirs Extrs and admtrs thereof and of and from every part and percel thereof Exonerated Released and forever Discharged the Said Wait Smith & Amos Smith hath Granted Bargained and Sold aliened Eneofed Released and Confirmed and By these Presents doth fully frely and absolutely Grant Bargain and Sell alien Enfeoff Releace and Confirm unto the Oliver Smith (in his actual Possession now being by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale to him thereof Made for one Whole year by Indenture bearing Date the day Next before the date of these Presents and by force of the Stature for Transferring of Uses Int Possession) and to his Heirs and Assigns and assigns forever all that Certain Piece or Percel of Land Situate Lying and Beign in the Patent of Wawayanda in the precinct of Goshen in the County of Orange and Province of New York to wit all that mesuage peice of Percel of Land being Part of a Certain Bogg meadow Known and Distinguished by the Name of Rutgers meadow and being part of a Tract of Land Known and Called by the Name of Banckers Tract and the Said mesuage piece or percel of Land or bogg meadow is Bounded as follows to wit Beginning at the North East Corner of a peice of Land Lately Sold to Nathaniel Roe Junior in the Westermost Line of Crommelines Tract Near the Southeast Corner of Said Crommelines Tract and Runs thence along Said Crommelines Tract North Ten Degrees west Twenty Six Chain and ten Links to a Corner of Absolum Townsends Land then along Said Townsends Land South Sixty one Degrees and Thirty minutes West the Chain and Seventy five Links to Land Sold to John Springsteed But Now in the Possession of Oliver Smith then along L. Land South Thirty five Degrees west Seven Chain and Sixty Links then South thirty Nine Degrees west Eight Chain and Ninety Links to the Middle of the Main Ditch then up along the Main Ditch South Fifty five Degree East Eighteen Chain and Forty Links to the Corner of Sd. Roes Land then along Sd. Roes Land North Seventy Six Degrees Degrees East Nine Chain and fifty Links to the Place of Beginning Containing Thirty Nine acres and one Quarter of an acre of Land be the Same More of Less with the Previledge of a Road through the Said Lands of Wait Smith and Amos Smith to and from the above Granted and Released piece of Meadow togather with all and singular the Lands Measdows Patures feedings trees Woods Under Woods Waters water Courses Easments profits Commodities advantages Hereditaments and Appurtenances Whatsoever to the Said Mesauge Piece or Percel of Land Be=
