Know all Men by these Presents, That I, Edmond Seely if the town of Blooming Grove County of Orange and State of New York am held and firmly bound unto Anna M. Seely of the same place ~~~~~ in the sum of Twenty four Hundred Dollars, lawful money of the United States of America, to be paid to the said Anna M. Seely her executors, administrators or assigns: for which payment well and truly to be made, I bind myself and my heirs, executors, administrators well and firmly by these presents. Sealed with my seal Dated the thirteenth day of March one thousand eight hundred and sixty eight
The condition of the above obligation is such, this if the above bounden Edmund Seely and his heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, the just and full sum of twelve hundred Dollars in one year firm the date here of with interest at the rate of seven percent year annum then the above obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
