Warranty Deed
Sold by H. H. Van Dyck, Goshen.
This indenture made the third day of June in the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty six between John Yelverton of the town of Manlius in Onondaga County State of New York of the first part and Francis Tuthill of Chester in Orange County New York of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars lawful money of the United States of America to him in hand paid, by the said party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm, unto the said party of the second part, and his heirs assigns for ever, all that certain lot piece or parcel of land situate at Chester aforesaid, being lots number five, six and seven in the second allotment of the division of the farm of Abijah Yelverton now dead and is bounded as follows: Beginning at the east corner of lot number four in said allotment and running thence along the highway as the needle pointed at the time said division was made south fifteen and a quarter degrees east six chains to the line of lot number eight in said allotment; thence along said lot number eight south eighty two degrees west five chains and twenty six links to a stake; thence north twelve degrees west six chains to a stake at a corner of lot number one of said second allotment; thence north eighty three degrees east four chains and eighty five links to the place of beginning containing these acres and nineteen rods of land be the same more or less.
