Warranty Deed. 63, Avery Herrick, Publisher and Printer, Albany, N.Y.
This indenture, made this fifteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty six between Leah L. Yelverton and Thomas Yelverton her husband of the city and county of Schenectady and State of New York of the first part, and Joseph Durland of the town of Chester, County of Orange and State of New York of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of twenty three hundred dollars ($2300.) to them duly paid, have sold, and by these presents, do grand and convey to the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, All the equal undivided one half part of all that certain lot piece or parcel of land situate lying and being in the town of Chester aforesaid, which is known as the store house lot and is bounded and described as follows, viz: Beginning two feet from the northeasterly corner of the said store house stoop on the westerly side of the highway leading to New Burgh at the corner of Joseph Durland's land and runs thence south 86 1/2 degrees west ninety eight feet to the lot now or formerly of Charles H. Westervelt, thence south 1 1/2 degrees east fifty two fee to a red cedar post standing on the north side of the road leading to Goshen, thence north 89 1/2 degrees east eighty five and a half feet, thence north 11 degrees east fifty three feet to the place of beginning being the same premises conveyed by James J. Board to Thomas Yelverton by deed dated July 23rd, 1878 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Orange County in Book No. 287 of deeds at page 585, and also by Thomas Yelverton to Leah L. Yelverton by deed dated March 1, 1883
