Notes	Dated 1906-8 due to lack of vegetation around Chester High School which was completed in 1906 and before 1908 when Joseph sold his interest in the Durland to Frank as sole proprietor. Photo: "J. Durland & Son." Photos appear to be the work of Charles W.Kerner and his daughter, Anna Mildred, who produced many local photographs during the 1880-1940 period.
