KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we Samuel Marvin of the Town of Blooming Grove in Orange County, State of New York, and Frances, his wife for and in consideration of the sum of One Thousand Eight Hundred and Two Dollars & fifty cents to them in hand paid by Thomas M. Woodhull of the Town, County and State aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remise, released and Quit-Claimed, and by these presents do remise, release and Quit-Claim unto the said Thomas M. Woodhull his heirs and assigns forever, All lien, right, title, interest, estate, claim and demand whatsoever, of, in, and to ALL that certain piece or parcel of land & premises situate in the said Town of Blooming Grove and is bounded as follows to wit, Southerly by lands of Samuel Marvin. Westerly by lands of Josiah Seely, and the highway. Northerly by lands of the said Josiah Seely, and Easterly by lands of Elijah Marvin, containing about forty nine acres more or less.
Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining. To have and to hold the above described released premises, unto the said Thomas M. Woodhull his heirs and assigns forever.
In witness whereof, we have hereunto set our hands and seals this fourteenth day of September in the year one thousand eight hundred and twenty thirty.
