Whereas the Plaintif in the above cause hath obtained Judgement in the Supreme Court of Injuncture for the State of New York against John Stile the cause al ejector and ahrib of possession having been delivered to the Sherif of the County of Orange the execution of which has been delayed by the Lessors of the plaintif at my special request for the spare of six weeks previous to the date hereof and whereas William Townsend one of the Lessors of the plaintif hath at my furtherance and request directed a farther delay of the execution until the first day of May next In consideration whereof I do hereby promise & engage the said William Townsend and that I will on the sour first day of May in case the whole of the principal Interest and costs now due and upon which the above writ was commenced Shall on or before the
