Stephen Cooper - is acquainted with the island meadow of oz 8 acres - Marvin ???ged long ago land adjoining . Yelverton took possession in March 1825 - the fence at that time along his line good - the line long fence as good as meadow island when left took possessionhad had corn on it: he Sowed it with oats first year. Afterwards he pastured it - no timber have been cut upon - no buildings on it - the value of the land is in the Jremma when Deft occupied twas worth $20 rent per year he might have given more say $25.00 pe lived at that time n Neghborhood - the property would command a tenant - he is also acquainted with the wood lot rear -
In the winter he took by possession as before his fire wood. he Saw him draw 2 or 3 winters ago 2 or 3 acres in wood lot. - About __ acrescut off by deft not 1/3 cut off has not seen it particlarly he exhibits timber trees since cut. he can not estimate the value of timber taken off by Deft. but thnks it may be 50 loads wood which thence in the woods by worth 50 cents a load is worth 1.00 dollar in village. Could be donefor 37 1/2 cts. Croft about 3 acreas in island. he grew wood 20/ winter after Springsted death he saw arnew wood - Springsted cast Jones wood on lot - Masten for work one team - has on records ledion of have saw the teams thatt mave that one winter not one this of timber cut bret ground - The wood on the lot is oak. not much hickory-oak wood good large looked worth a dollar - Durland owns land on all sides but road

Saterly about 5 acres the piece he owns is best condition. but his is more vaulable then whole of loan grew by 5 dollars per year and sonethong more day #$ ea or this ing he gets $35 for his - meadow in grusted worth $25 per year land in different grower up with white brush - the Island has Stink weed on it - Frairs mowed it. about at woods as when deft took possession. he put some oats on and took them off again - wood land
